Welcome to RememberedCards. By using rememberedcards.com (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. What we do

RememberedCards reminds you of birthdays and holidays for the people you choose and, when you place an order, prints a greeting card and mails it to the delivery address you provide (typically your own) through a third-party print-and-mail partner, so you can add a handwritten note and send it on to its recipient.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You’re responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for the accuracy of the information you enter, including the delivery name and address for each order.

3. Orders and payment

Cards are $10 each (plus any applicable tax), charged at checkout through our payment processor, Stripe. Placing an order authorizes us to charge your selected payment method. Prices and availability may change.

4. Printing, shipping, and delivery

We print the finished card and mail it to the delivery address you provide (usually your own) so you can add a personal handwritten note and send it on to its final recipient. Cards are printed and mailed within the United States by our fulfillment partner, typically within a couple of business days, and usually arrive within about 1–2 weeks. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the postal service. We are not responsible for postal delays or for cards that are undeliverable because of an incorrect address you provided, so please double-check your delivery address.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Because each card is printed and mailed to order, all sales are final: we don’t offer cancellations or refunds for a change of mind, and an order generally can’t be changed once it’s placed (cards are sent to print within a day or two).

If something is wrong on our end (a misprint, a damaged or defective card, the wrong card, or a card that never arrives), we’ll make it right. Email [email protected] within 30 days of your order and we’ll reprint and resend it or give you a full refund. We can’t refund delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect delivery address you entered, so please double-check it before ordering.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and to provide accurate recipient information. Don’t use the Service to send harassing, unlawful, or abusive mail, or to send mail to people without a legitimate reason.

7. Intellectual property

The card designs, artwork, logo, and site content are owned by RememberedCards and may not be copied, resold, or reproduced without permission. The physical card you order is for personal use only.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service or specific delivery dates.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RememberedCards is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to hold RememberedCards harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
